a Multinational Internet Company
This was an intensive 12-month collaboration of multinational internet company, which focused on one of their international online sales teams. The team size at the beginning of the collaboration was 120 people, with everyone based onsite.
The initial objectives were the hiring of better-suited candidates, the optimisation of the recruitment process, and the reduction of recruitment cost. As it quickly became obvious that employee attrition was a pain point, we expanded our focus to include people management, employee retention & development, and team culture.
